Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Placing an order with us
All orders can be placed via the website. Alternatively if there is something you have spied on our social media which isn't available on our website, please get in touch.
Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email notification with your order number on there. Please take note of this, and do not delete this email until you have received your order and you are satisfied with your items.
As all our items are handmade to order, we have a lead time of 2-3 weeks as standard. This may change in times of high volume of orders. The banner on the home page will notify you of lead times at the time of your order.
If you require something urgently, please do get in touch with us via email and we will see how we can accommodate your needs.
All orders are subject to availability at the time of your order. Should we not have stock of the fabric you have chosen, we will notify you by email and either refund or exchange for a different fabric. Exchanges are for fabric choices only.
We have the right to refuse your order.
Delivery
All our parcels are shipped as second class by Royal Mail. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a notification stating so. Please give Royal Mail enough time to deliver your order. If you have not received your items within 14 days of dispatch notification, please get in touch and we will track your order for you.
Return & Cancelations
We accept cancelations within 24 hours of order. Any cancelation after this time may not be accepted and therefore may not be refunded.
You may return items. All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of order. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return postage. Any items that are returned must be returned to us in the same condition you received them in, including labels and original packaging. Any refunds will be subject to these items being received back in suitable condition. We will not refund your item until we have reviewed the reason for return
We strongly advise that you get proof of postage when returning items.
